Global Pact is a combined retail (direct to end user) and wholesale (to the end user through a reseller) business. Our target customers therefore, can be classified into two distinct groups, the end user group and the reseller group.

This division is a sales and marketing organization that physically holds and dispatches the product ranges we have rights for. As a business, we pride ourselves in offering a first-rate service to all our customers. We distribute skin care, hair care, accessories and cosmetics to the market.


Global Pact Distribution was born in 2009 with the vision to source premium quality products from all around the globe and distribute them throughout the Southern Africa. We have extensive relationships in several countries across Africa and we are still expanding to other regions. Our extensive portfolio of brands is growing all the time and we are constantly sourcing new and exciting products from around the world.


Each member of our strong team is passionate about every brand in our portfolio, and all have expertise in their specific area of the business. We have a highly experienced Sales team out on the road servicing your every need, an in house PR & Marketing team with a wealth of knowledge and creativity and a highly professional Training department. Our first class customer services teams are just on the end of the phone to answer all of your calls and queries and the warehouse team who have been working in logistics and delivery for many years. We work hard in every aspect of the business and our commitment to our customers, our brands and our company is second to none.


Our target customers (vs. end user) for wholesale distribution will be resellers who recognize the needs of this consumer and who she identifies with. We have used the term resellers because they will not be limited to retailers. We will reach the consumer through four distinct reseller channels.Spas and Health Clubs, Lifestyle Retailers, Cosmetic Specialty Retailers, Boutique Department Stores and professional institutions


Our target retailer will be lifestyle-based rather than the typical soaps and potions or natural product retailers. These retailers exist in almost every city. These retailers have developed a loyal and sophisticated customer base. They understand the concept of lifestyle.
